Become a VENDOR

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Fair!

Below is a link to our application for a potential booth space. This application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space.

Selection of vendors is based on non-duplicity, appearance, availability of space, type of booth, etc. While we try our best to not duplicate items/products, we DO NOT offer item or category exclusivity. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling/promoting similar or the same items/products.

Unfortunately, we receive more applications than we can accommodate and cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

To register for our event this year, follow these steps:
  1. Click this link to go to our Showcase Page on EventHub: https://eventhub.net/events/Palouse-Empire-Fair-20...
  2. Add the booth type you want to your cart from the Pricing Box and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  3. You will be prompted to create an account or log-in if you have previously created an EventHub account. Then, you can continue through checkout!
  4. At checkout, you will be able to purchase add-ons, complete your profile application and lastly the payment method is cash or check that will be mailed in after your application has been approved.
  5. Submit your order! We will let you know once your application has been approved!

Be sure to bookmark eventhub.net and save your log-in (username and password) to your browser to easily be able to revisit your orders and complete the next steps! Once your order is approved, you can sign and send us paperwork, access your invoice, send us messages, all from your Order Summary. All communication will be done on the EventHub platform. This tutorial will show you the possibilities:

Returning Vendors

If you are a returning vendor you should have received an email with instructions on how to register for this year.

Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your item list/ menu including pricing is required and pictures of your booth are preferred. Applications that are received without an item list/menu including pricing WILL NOT be processed/approved. If we do not receive your application prior to August 1st we cannot guarantee you a space at this year’s Fair.

New Vendors

New vendors may submit an application. Payment is due upon approval of your application.

Please keep in mind we will need all necessary information to be filled out within the application in order to move forward. Your item list/ menu including pricing is required and pictures of your booth are preferred. Applications that are received without an item list/menu including pricing WILL NOT be processed/approved. If we do not receive your application prior to August 1st we cannot guarantee you a space at this year’s Fair.



Booth Types

Food Concessionaire Vendors:

A business that prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public.
Food Vendor Fees
Food Vendor Booth $125
18% of gross sales after sales taxes (7.9%)
(4) Vendor Passes are included
Extra Vendor Pass $25 each

Small Business Saturday Vendors:

Any person(s) or business that would like to be a vendor at FAIR for (1) day instead of (4) days.

Single Vendor Fee (10' X 10') $50

Commercial Vendors:

Any person(s) or business providing goods or services for sale, rent, or lease of those goods or services to the public.
Indoor Vendor Fees
Single Vendor Booth (8' x 10') $150
Double Vendor Booth (8' x 20') $275
Outdoor Vendor Fees
Single Vendor Booth (10' x 10') $125
Double Vendor Booth (10' x 20') $225
Extra Vendor Pass $25 each
Large Outside Vendor Fees
$350
Fair Office will discuss specific needs

Non-Profit Vendors:

A group or organization selling goods or services to raise money.

Single Vendor Booth (8' x 10') $150
Double Vendor Booth (8' x 20') $275
Outdoor Vendor Fees

Double Vendor Booth (10' x 20') $225

Non-Profit Food Vendor Fees
Non-Profit Food Vendor Booth $125

Permanent Food Booths:

Food vendors that are set up and sell ready-to-eat food to the public out of the (3) permanent food booth buildings.

Friday: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
