We need you at our fair

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our the Palouse Empire Fair!

Please complete and submit the online application below if you would like to be considered as a potential vendor. Submission of this application does not constitute an offer or guarantee of vendor space.

Vendor selection is based on several factors, including product variety (to avoid excessive duplication), booth appearance, space availability, and booth type. While we make every effort to limit duplicate items or products, we do not offer exclusivity by item or category. Applicants should be aware that other vendors may sell or promote similar or identical products.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unable to accommodate all vendors and cannot guarantee acceptance.

Booth Types

Food Concessionaires

A business that prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public.
4-day booth space $125
18% of gross sales after sales taxes (7.9%)
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included

Non-Profit Food Concessionaires

A group or organization that prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public to raise money.
4-day non-profit booth space $125
10% of gross sales after sales taxes (7.9%)
(4) Vendor Passes are included

Permanent Food Concessionaires

The (3) permanent food booth buildings that sell ready-to-eat food to the public.
Utility fee $150
Concession fee based on attendance.
(4) Vendor Passes are included

Outdoor Vendors

Any person(s) or business providing goods or services for sale, rent, or lease of those goods or services to the public.
Single outdoor vendor booth (10' x 10') $125
(2) 4-day vendor fair passes are included
Double outdoor vendor booth (10' x 20') $225
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included
Triple outdoor vendor booth (10' x 30') $325
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included

Large outdoor lawn space for booth $350

Indoor Vendors

Any person(s) or business providing goods or services for sale, rent, or lease of those goods or services to the public.
Single indoor vendor booth (8' x 10') $150
(2) 4-day vendor fair passes are included
Double indoor vendor booth (8' x 20') $275
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included
Triple indoor vendor booth (8' x 30') $400
(4) 4-day vendor fair passes are included
Quadruple indoor vendor booth (8' x 40') $525

Small Business Saturday Vendors

Any person(s) or business that would like to be a vendor at FAIR for (1) day instead of (4) days.
