All Animal entries are due by 11:59 pm on August 1, 2025.

Entries received after entry deadline will not be accepted.

Animals Exhibitors

BARN & Animal Load in HOURS

  • Beef & Dairy (including peewee calves): 1:00 to 6:30 PM
  • Goats (uses the sheep scale): 1:00 to 7:00 PM
  • Horses: 1:00 to 7:00 PM
  • Sheep: 1:00 to 7:00 PM
  • Small Animals (poultry, rabbits, cavies): 1:00 - 8:00 PM
  • Swine (scale in Youth Ag. Pavilion): 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

REQUIRED

Youth for the Quality Care of Animals Program (YQCA) certificate is required to register for all market animals and will need to be turned in when you cross the scale at fair.

A completed animal health record document is also required and due as your animal crosses the scale.
