Mission Statement
Organized in 1998, the Palouse Empire Fair Foundation is a no-profit, tax-deductible corporation, whose member strive to serve the community with the purpose and goal of accomplishing larger improvements projects to the Palouse Empire Fairgrounds. Funding for these projects is provided through various forms of fundraising and the success of the improvement project is directly linked to the fundraising.
