Community Building

Daily Rates $300

Jones Schoolhouse

Daily Rate $100
Capacity 32
  • Four round 60" tables.
  • 40 Folding chairs.
  • Kitchen.

Gazebo with Benches

Daily Rate $200
Capacity 260 seated on Benches
  • Gazebo area with power. 25 feet across from all points. Apron 22 feet wide and 13 feet deep. No sound system provided.
  • 26, 15 foot aluminum benches with back rest placed by staff.
  • Large main lawn.

  • Includes Community Building, Jones Schoolhouse, and Gazebo with benches.

  • Event Lease Agreement.
  • Event insurance 60 days prior to event.
  • Payment in full 60 days prior to event.
Fairgrounds are unavailable for event rentals August - September to help our volunteers and staff prepare for our Fair.
